More work is being done on the outside: eves are being primed and ready for painting, old concrete pathway is being removed and the exterior is being prepped for stucco and painting.
Our tankless water heater is installed and working! We can fill the soaking tub with hot water now :)ANNOUNCEMENT: Dorin and I will be hosting first party in the new house this Sunday from 10am - 4 pm. YES, you guessed, the best party of all: a painting party! Food and beverages will be provided, so let us know if you can make it...... and let's party!!!! ;)
